Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Tongue, Breathlessness And Panic Attacks

Question: I wake up with panic attacks. I cant breath. It feels like my tong is swollen. I cant sleep on my back without freaking out. I quit smoking 10 weeks ago thinking it would help by now I'm really short of breath and have these claustrophobic feelings that are even worse now. Also cant breath some times when I eat.

You are indeed describing panic attacks. Treatment for this is a combination of an SSRI antidepressant such as Lexapro, and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy.
