Brief Answer:
Need to rule our temporal arthritis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank you for trusting us with your health concern

Pain and swelling around the temples is concerning for possible temporal arteririts, which is the inflammation of the arteries in the area.
It is important to conform the diagnosis as soon as possible to avoid complication. Blood ESR level and temporal artery biopsy can confirm the diagnosis. If confirmed management is with corticosteroids.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.
