Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Neck And Above Clavicle Bone

Question: I have swelling on each side of my neck above the clavicle bone. I might add, I suffered from a pinched nerve which affected my right shoulder and arm. I think I may have done this by using my ellipitical to vigorously. What specialist should I consult with. I've already done physical therapy, injections.lease

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please tell me the symptoms produced by swelling like fever,pain ,restriction of neck movement ?
Going by your description, it does not looks to be serious issue as your ultrasound is normal.
This swelling could well be due to fat deposition .If possible send the picture of swelling.
