Question : What would be the cause of my penis and scrotum being so swollen that I can hardly walk? I have not had sex so I know it is not a sexually transmitted disease. It is huge. I am 30 years old.

I am also blood red and miserable!

I can understand your concern. Has the swelling appeared within few days or has it occurred over few months or years.
If it has developed over a few days, you should see your doctor at once. It's usually due to some allergy or inflammation.That will be known after your blood tests reports.

yes it happened on the fifth and today is the seventh, it also is itching really badly cause of the swelling, its just the skin that is swollen around my testicles and the excess skin around ny penis! !!!
