Question : I have woken up with a swollen face cheeks swollen eyes nearly closed feel like someone has hit me in the face chin area also feels large. What do you think

Seems to be allergic reaction, take antihistaminic

I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
If the onset is so sudden it most likely seems to be an allergic reaction to some food or insect bite.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 3-5 days.
