Question : Hi,, Swelling in the left side of left shin and left foot. I have had this before and don't remember what your answere was. The area is 1 inch larger then the right side. No pain or discomfort. Lots of fluid it seems. my weight is about 7 pounds above normal

The swelling in the left leg and foot with fluid can be due to cellulitis or a boil. This needs a direct examination by physician for confirmation. An infection needs to be ruled out. Dressing and oral antibiotics may be needed. Do consult a primary physician for proper treatment.
