Brief Answer:
Salivary gland enlargement

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It looks to me like swollen sublingual salivary gland. There are several causes but most common is salivary gland stone which obstructed the duct. Other causes are infections and tumors which are rare in this age. In los cases, if cause is stone,it will resolve spontaneously on manual massage and warm compresses. However,if there is no improvement in next days or pain and fever occur, you should see ENT doctor for further treatment. Wish you good health. Regards
