Question : this is embarassing but my left lip is swollen down there and i was worried now im defintaely worrried because i have a fever. What should i do

The swelling in left vulva which is painful and you have fever indicates that you may be suffering from vulvitis. This shall require treatment with antibiotics for a week. please visit your physician for a vulval swab culture to isolate the organism and treat according to sensitivity pattern.
