Question : have a little swolling to right side above my belly button no pain but just fell funny inside

2)Was there any precipitating factor like trauma?
3)What is the approximate size?
4)Any change in appearance of overlying skin,compared to surrounding area?
5)What is the consistency of the swelling(soft/hard)?

just notice it about two weeks,the swelling the tissue is soft not hard no trauma no change in skin color just a little swelling not much but noticeable to me

Hi dear,
Thanks for the information given.

From your description,it seems like a purely benign soft tissue swelling in the subcutaneous space.
The most common differential diagnoses in such a situation include a sebaceous cyst(caused by obstruction of the sebaceous gland duct) and lipoma.Sebaceous cyst is more likely.Recent insect bite also can cause this.A physical examination will help us in arriving the diagnosis.

Anyhow,none of these conditions need treatment unless symptomatic or for cosmetic purposes.
If you want,you can get it examined with your doctor.Otherwise,need not worry;just keep a watch on the size and character.
