Brief Answer:
Most probably suffering from mumps

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the mumps.

To rule out other disease and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for serum amylase and USG cervical region if needed.

In this condition I personally suggest
1. Tablet Azithromycin 500mg once a day.
2. Capsule Rabeprazole once empty stomach.
3. Anti inflammatory drug.
4. Take fluids as much as possible after consulting with your doctor.
