Question: Lower left leg is turning black...not swollen...not itchy...not painful. I do take a blood thinner (warfarin) for A Fib and haveCLL.
Wondering if it could be a blood clot?

Brief Answer:
It can be due to blood clot or arterial insufficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have blackening of leg with history of clotting tendency. So there is high chance of blood clot or arterial or venous insufficiency. That leads to poor blood supply and blacking.

You should go for investigation (Arterio-Venous Color Doppler) to search for the clot or blockage and take treatment accordingly.

You should also check your PT/INR .

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

Thanks.
Wish you a very good health.
