Question : I fell and my knee hit a metal wall. It swelled and bruised. I can walk ok and ride my bike. But if i touch the cap it hurts alot. Not sure if thats normal?

Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Based on mode of injury and your daily physical activities it should not be a serious injury. All it could be a common soft tissues injury.
You may do ice fomentation,rest along with ibuprofen will help in few days time.If the problem persists get x-ray done.
