Brief Answer:
Hemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Swollen and itchy anus is usually a sign of hemorrhoids. Even if you do not see any lumps outside the anus hemorrhoids can be hidden inside. You may see some blood trace on the stool surface from time to time. Itching should get worse after stool passage.
I suggest you to try this treatment:
- add probiotoic and fiber to your diet
- do not push hard on stool
- increase mineral water intake
- start some OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids
- have sitz baths with Oak Bark twice a day for a week

If this wont help in a week, you should consult proctologist and have rectal examination.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
