Brief Answer:
Over the counter NSAID helps.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It would have been good, if you can describe the problem in detail. Swollen and painful clitoris looks like coded and has no details, when did it happen? Was it sudden or gradual? Do you have any other medical problems? Sexual history etc., are important.

But I find you seem to be uncomfortable with so much pain. I suggest you to take any available over the counter preparation which contains Ibuprofen (400mg) or Naproxen. You can repeat it after 12 hours if the pain does not subside.

It would be better to know the cause of the problem before actually treating it in entirety.

Awaiting your reply.
