Question : Hello, I broke out with a very painful rash today and it's not going away. The rash areas feel like deep bruises? Please help They are very swollen also. Like I'm retaining water or something??

It is difficult to comment without examination, it might be contact dermatitis, or may be viral or bacterial infection. But for better assessment, I would suggest you to upload the picture of the rash.
As you are mentioning that, it is very swollen, I would suggest you to see doctor for examination.
