Question: What is the cause of my testicles being up inside my body swollen and sore and what to do cure this problem.

Since when have you got this problem?
Are you married and if yes, have children?
Were the testicles in normal position before?
Any urinary symptoms like burning, frequency of urination or any other problems?
The causes at your age are:
Retractile testes
Infection of the testes and/or epididymis called orchitis / epididymo-orchitis.
If acute and of very short duration this can be due to torsion of testes.
Rare chances of malignancy.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a Doctor/visit ER
You need an urgent Ultrasonography with color doppler of the scrotum, the abdominal wall and abdomen particularly for the genitourinary system.
Tests of Urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity before antibiotics are started.
Tests of blood
Clinical evaluation, examination by a Doctor, preferably an Urologist to correlate all the findings to give you a proper diagnosis and get started on proper treatment.

That didn't tell me anything have you no better ideas will my testicles go back in place. Can drug use cause this

What about prolonged sitting or dehydration does that affect anything
