Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Sore Testicles

ER- Investigations for proper diagnosis and treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and needs elucidation.
To recapitulate: Male/*47 - not visited a Doctor - no medications tried - wants to know the cause of testicles being up inside body - swollen and sore - and what to do to cure this problem...
Please give an additional information for me to assist you further:
Since when have you got this problem?
Are you married and if yes, have children?
Were the testicles in normal position before?
Any urinary symptoms like burning, frequency of urination or any other problems?
The causes at your age are:
Retractile testes
Infection of the testes and/or epididymis called orchitis / epididymo-orchitis.
If acute and of very short duration this can be due to torsion of testes.
Rare chances of malignancy.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a Doctor/visit ER
You need an urgent Ultrasonography with color doppler of the scrotum, the abdominal wall and abdomen particularly for the genitourinary system.
Tests of Urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity before antibiotics are started.
Tests of blood
Clinical evaluation, examination by a Doctor, preferably an Urologist to correlate all the findings to give you a proper diagnosis and get started on proper treatment.
I hope this answer helps you to get an early diagnosis and proper treatment.
Please feel free to give the feedback of the queries asked, of the findings you get and ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

They can go back in place, drug use does not cause this
Detailed Answer:
The causes at your age are:
Retractile testes, they might have retracted inside the abdominal wall. Use of tight pants can cause this.
Infection of the testes and/or epididymis called orchitis / epididymo-orchitis can cause them to be sore and painful and swollen.
If this has occurred recently, acute and of very short duration this can be due to torsion of testes.
There is a rare chance of malignancy.
If they have recently gone up, they can be brought back. You need investigations to see the cause and effect.
Drug use does not cause this.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries.
If the pain is acute rush to ER (emergency room)

Ideally, may not affect.
Detailed Answer:
Ideally prolonged sitting and dehydration should not affect.
But again this depends upon the diagnosis.
Simple tests and ultrasonography can get you the proper diagnosis, please get one to get a fruitful discussion going on.
Does the swelling increase and decrease or is stationary?
