Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankle After Knee Injury
Question: I hurt my knee and put a band on it overnight. Band may have been to tight and now I have a swollen ankle and lower leg. How do I get rid of the swelling?

The only way you can do that is to put the leg higher when lying down (put a pillow under it).
If the swelling wont go away in the next 24 hours you should consult your doctor and have Dopplers veins ultrasound as you could cause veins thrombosis.
