Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion , if both your ankles and feet are swollen for three days along with tingling sensation in Right arm, then probably you have some medical problem like hypertension , diabetes , kidney disease or protein deficiency. Tingling in Right upper arm could also be due to cervical spondylosis,
I suggest X Ray Neck , Complete blood count , Kidney function test, ECG, Liver function tests , Blood sugar Fasting and after meals as some basic tests.
In the meantime start suitable pain killers , muscle relaxants and a combination of pregabalin and methycobalamin.

also my focus is well like i'm dingy and now left arm is starting to bother me as well
