Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles
Question: What do you do about swollen ankels ? I have no pain and I have not suffered from any injury involving my ankels but they seem to be really swollen.

As I said earlier, pedal edema is caused by a number of conditions. You will need to get a full examination along with the investigations.
To start with I would suggest LFT, KFT CBC and Echocardiography. These will help differentiate between CLD, CKD, and CHF.
