Brief Answer:
Maintain adequate hydration with oral rehydration salts.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. You seem to have had a low grade viral fever or food allergy.
2. Not to worry. Take more water along with oral rehydration salts to maintain adequate hydration.
3. If the vomiting is severe, anti-emetics like domperidone can be taken. Take nutritional food. Avoid spicy diet. Paracetamol and antihistamines like cetrizine will help in reduction of shaking and also swollen bottom lips.
4. Importantly its hydration and nutritious diet. No antibiotics necessary at present. Its probably Viral and it will pass. If you become weak or have difficulty in breathing, then you will need to go to emergency, possibly you might be getting severely dehydrated.

Hope it helps.
