Question : I had a foreign object in my eye and in an attempt to make my eye water and remove it, i rubbed my eye too hard and now my eye is swollen, my vision is blurred and there appears to be a loose layer. It has been 13 hours. Is there anything I can do or do I need to seek medical attention?

I really think you should seek medical attention today. I'm concerned that if you're having any blurred vision that you might have an infection that needs to be treated.

Typically we treat this with topical antibiotics which should help but respond very quickly.
