Brief Answer:
Rule out herpes zoster opthalmicus. Antivirals.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. From your description, it seems that you should rule our herpes zoster opthalmicus.

2. An examination by a skin specialist and an eye specialist will be required.

3. If there is any doubt regarding herpes, antivirals such as acyclovir (800 mg 5 times a day or valcyclovir (500 mg twice a day ) for 1-2 weeks, local acyclovir ointment, eye treatment drops and anti-inflammatory medication should be started.

4. If it is an allergic reaction, it should settle down earlier. Antibiotics can be started if this persists.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
