Brief Answer:
Following advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms may be related to heart failure. Heart failure is a common complication in patients with chronic atrial fibrillation.

If you were my patient I would recommend to add a water pill to your therapy. Also i would suggest to do a cardiac echo to exclude/confirm heart failure.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
