Question : I got stung by a bee 2 days ago and my foot is so swollen I can even put a shoe on as well as very red with some purple. It hurts so bad I cant even walk. what do you think I should do?
Brief Answer:
Anti-allergic medicines should help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
This swelling is caused by an allergic reaction to the bite. It does not look like an infected swelling (this is good).
Unfortunately it usually takes some time for such swelling to disappear. You may accelerate this process with anti-allergic medicines (like Loratadine), Hydrocortisone cream, lukewarm compresses and keeping the foot higher (on the pillow).
If the swelling wont get better in few days, you should consult your doctor.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
