Brief Answer:
No risk for HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
The risk of getting HIV from oral sex is already very unlikely and the test result for HIV after 3 months of is also negative then there is absolutely no risk of HIV in your case so don't get worried or feared.
Swollen glands in neck and body pain might be due to some other reason for which consult physician to rule out the cause and follow the treatment as per the advice. For any further query feel free to ask me again and I am here to help you always.
Thank You

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back once again.
If this is Epstein Barr Virus infection then also allay the fear or anxiety as it is curable and you can get tested for HIV 2 if your exposure was with XXXXXXX lady but don't get worried much as the chances of getting positive result are very unlikely. Be relaxed, forget about the episode and move on in life.
Thank You
