Brief Answer:
Going by level of activities it should not be serious

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query carefully and understand your concern. I must appreciate your passion for sports and physical fitness. It does not look to be a serious injury. Having said that it is best to have x-ray to rule out any minor fracture. So consulting a doctor for X-ray is worthwhile.

Meanwhile, my suggestions are-Rest, Ice application, Ibuprofen and trypsin/ chymotrypsin (prescription only) to reduce pain and swelling. Thrombophob ointment helps in early disappearance of bruise. Your local pharmacist might know about this preparation.

Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
