Brief Answer:
HAve you seen a Rheumatologist?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Am so sorry to hear about this. I believe this is a migratory arthritis and needs to be investigated and managed as such by a rheumatologist. I do not really see the sinus infection responsible for this.

I will suggest that you go on and request to see a rheumatologist for appropriate clinical and laboratory evaluations to establish a more convincing plan to fully address this once and for all.

I wish you well and do keep me posted.

Brief Answer:
This could be reactional then!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This could be reaction arthritis. The good news is that there is no abnormal finding. I will say anti-inflammatory medications as well as rest would be helpful. If anything else comes up, do well to keep me posted and informed.

I wish you well.
