Question : I've noticed often over the last year a swelling of what seems to be lymph node on right side of vagina. This morning it was large and squelched when I put my hand against it. Should I be concerned?

No lesion just swelling( left side of photo)

You must excuse me but the vaginal area is all covered up in this photo, and nothing resembling a swelling is seen anywhere ?
