Brief Answer:
FNAC

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Based on your clinical history, I suspect you to have bacterial lymphadenitis. I would ask you to get certain tests to identify the exact type of infection which helps us to place you on right antibiotics.

Complete blood count and FNAC of the lymphnode swelling are the tests which help. Consult your treating doctor with the reports who after examining can place you on right medication.

Meanwhile you can take anti-inflammatory medications to reduce the inflammation and bring down the symptoms.
