Dandruff and tooth caries
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Dandruff or any scalp infection, caries tooth when infected cause acute pain. This can affect the post auricular lymph nodes to swell (behind ear). The root cause when treated will slowly reduce the swelling of the lymph node in a month's time.
However we are still not sure if it is cyst or lymph node, please send the picture.
