Brief Answer:
Hello.biopsy is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So at your age, a long standing nodes need evaluation. If the size of the node is more than a cm in size in the neck , or more than 2 cm in groin, a biopsy is required to.know the cause..
Please discuss this with your physician. Moreover , a complete blood count with esr and serum LDH test is required too.
Thanks and regards

I have had complete blood count done including ESR and LDH all come back ok I have had a FNA of groin nodes all saying ok. They are large but thin in the ultrasounds so short axis is not more then 1cm. All these test were preformed prior to having the neck and collarbone nodes present. Can collarbone nodes swell from a sore in the mouth?

Brief Answer:
Hello. It is unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Collarbone node is unlikely due to mouth sore. But as you said, all workup is normal and the node is short, no further tests are required. Small size nodes can be palpable in some persons.
Thanks and regards. No nees to worry.

I have not had any tests done on the supraclavicular as yet I have only had tests done on the groin nodes

Can swollen supraclavicular lymph nodes be benign? Does the size and feel still make a difference in this location?

Brief Answer:
Hello.size and feel applies to all nodes

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

So the rule of size applies to all nodes. Individual nodes need not to be investigated. Of course, supra clavicular nodes if small can be benign.
Thanks
