Brief Answer:
Continue the same for 7 more days and additional medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Noted the history of swollen lymph node on the left side of the neck, after some jaw injury.
If the jaw injury allows the infection to pass to the lymph node/s this can very well be the reason. Since antibiotic has helped to loosen up the the lymph node to make it movable, please continue the same antibiotic for 7 more days; also take probiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen if it suits you to have better effect.
Since the cause is known, this should get well within a few weeks. Yes, the swollen lymph nodes enlarge very fast on infection but take weeks together to regress completely.
The small pus formation on the left side near the breast may be due to satellite abscess or formed on its own. The medicines taken for the lymph nodes will be helpful for this abscess too.

Take care, if needed consult your Doctor to get a clinical evaluation and investigations and to get a proper prescription based treatment.
