                                    Brief Answer:
Could be due to infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The most obvious causes of lymph nodes swelling are infection or malignancy. As I understand you had blood discharge and ultrasound scans done 3 years ago and not recent. In this context I would suggest we treat you with a course of antibiotic. If the lymph node swelling persist beyond a week or two then I would advise you to do a PET scan to rule out space occupying lesion that may be related to tumors.

                                    Brief Answer:
Lymph nodes are small in size and has no clinical significance
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As the cat scan of neck and pelvis is showing lymph nodes that are not of papabe concern you do not need to worry as its size is very small and it has no clinical significance
The lymph nodes wil resolve automatically after a course of antibiotic
