Brief Answer:
can monitor unless very severe

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Lymph nodes can enlarge in response to inflammation in the area that they drain. The lymph nodes in the neck drain the face and neck region.

It is also possible that the pain is related to soft tissue injury to the area that may have occurred when the procedure was done.

At this stage , you can consider the use of anti inflammatory pain killers , if you can use them eg naproxen or ibuprofen
If you cannot use these then you can use paracetamol instead.

The pain should resolve within 3 to 7 days.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
