Brief Answer:
It can be a non union

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that your fracture is not united completely. This condition is called delayed union, or non union. I would recommend you to follow these steps.
1.Hot water fomentation.
2. Voletran ointment
3.Compression bandage can be applied.
4.Calcium and vitamin D 3 tablet to make your bone stronger.
If you are still continue to have pain than you need to reapply plaster for 4 more weeks as some time fracture can take long time to heal specially after fifty plus age.
I hope this treatment can be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
