Suggest Treatment For Swollen Parotid Gland
Question: I have a sore swollen gland between my left ear lobe and jaw. Should I be concerned about this?

As per your description, it looks like an enlarged Parotid gland.
You should be investigated.
I prefer to do FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology )of the swelling. Diagnosis will be confirmed. If it enlarged due to infection, Antibiotic and anti inflammatory tablets have to be given.If it is enlarged due to more common Pleomorphic adenoma, superficial parotidectomy surgery has to be done.
