Question : I think i had a pimple on my chin but now it seems very swollen my whole chin area is swollen and its hard and painful ??

Hi,

This seems like spreading infection / cellulitis to me. It needs to be evaluated and treated at the earliest. I will recommend you visit an urgent care clinic or the ER. You should be started on antibiotics (Pencillin drugs) at the earliest.

In the interim, icing the area and pain killers should be continued.
