Question: I have a swollen Pimple under my Chin, that is very sore
Had it for a 1 week

Dear Ms

The lesion is likely to be folliculitis which is infection of hair follicle. Exact assessment of severity is possible after clinical examination. Providing clinical photographs will be helpful.
In the meantime I would suggest you the following

1. Local application of antibiotic ointment

2. Oral antibiotics like Augmentin

3. Anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen will be helpful
