Question : yes..when I woke up this morning the skin around my pens head is extremey swollen with lump...it almost apprears as if I was not circumcised

Any other symptoms like pain, tenderness, itching?
Is it appearing as if filled with fluid?
Any sex.masturbation the night before; use of condom, got pinched or so?
Any medication taken a night before?
Any chance of insect bite, ants or so?
