A couple of months ago out of nowhere i started to notice that the tip of my penis was swallow, I didnt pay much attention at first, but now it been a while and it doesnt seem as if it will get better. I dont experience any pain or any kind of symptoms that i can can off. Brief Answer:
Balanoposthitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You seem to have balanitis or Balanoposthitis (including the skin over the head of penis). Actually we need to find the cause of this, it oculd be infection, injury, frictional rub.

You can apply CANDID-B Ointment over it twice a day after bath for 10 days. Along with it you can take tab LYSER-D one tablet twice a day for 5 days.
Do not keep rubbing the part. Do not participate in sexual intercourse, do not masturbate either. Keep the part away from simple injuries like zip of the trousers.

Let me know the progress after 10 days. it would be good if you post a picture now and we can compare after 10 days. There is a picture upload feature on the right side to upload the picture of swelling.

Thank you for the query.

Thank you, i will buy the Oitment ASAP, I will let you know if it gets better. One more question, can it be something else, like a more serious infection? Because it has been like this for quite a while, and i would think that if it was just swelling it would go away after some time. Please let me know, and again thank you.

Brief Answer:
There could be phimosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Yes there is also a chance of phimosis because of the tight foreskin. I am not sure if the foreskin was circumscised for you at birth which is usually taken up in United States for male babies.

If not circumscised we have to think of phimosis as well, in such a case an urgent evaluation is required by surgeon. That is one reason why I asked to upload a photograph if I can rethink other possibilities.

Thank you.
