Suggest Treatment For Swollen Testis And Penis Tip

Question: Hi, My tip of penis and testis is swollen. i also have red patches around my thigh and back from couple of nights before. i checked with doctor yesterday, he has advised me to apply candid B and allegra 180mg once per day. with this itching has reduced, but the swelling and rashes are present. kindly suggest me whether to continue with this treatment or anything else. please find attached some pics. unfortunately i am on vacation in goa. please let me know if anything serious. kindly let me know if you need further details.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
The area is looking very inflamed.
Candid is helpful but oral therapy will be much better.
I usually prescribe tablet terbinafine in such condition and have seen good response.
Also take an oral antibiotic to prevent development of secondary infection.

Thanks for your answer. i am starting with terbinafine one per day from today. I will look and decide on the antibiotic. what antibiotic to start? Also is it advisable to go in to the water, is salt water not a natural disinfectant?? thanks again
