In all probabilities what you have is haemarrhoids or piles.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare magic . Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.
It would have been great had I seen it on my own. However let me help you.
Yes in all probabilities it seems to be external haemarrhoids or piles.
It can be an abscess also .
Let me ask you a few questions?
1. Do you have itching at the swelling ?
2. Has there been blood in your stool ?
3. Is there pain?
4. Do you have constipation?
Do not worry much.
What I would suggest you is
- Avoid straining during stool
- Drink loads of water
- Have a diet rich in fibre
- I would start Syrup Duphalac at night to soften your bowels
- Get a blood Hemoglobin, total count , differential count, ESR , platelets done.
Visit a doctor. He/she can examine the swelling and correlate clinically .
Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.
