Brief Answer:
Aphthous ulcers

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed aphthous ulcers.
I treat such cases with a mild topical steroid oral paste like triamcinolone 0.01% to be applied twice daily for a week.
Also take Vitamin B complex daily for a week.
This combination is safe and effective.
You can try this.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This Will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management..
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
