I am sorry this description is not enough to help you precisely. THere are a number of causes.
As per your symptoms, you may be having tonsillitis.
You need to consult ENT specialist & get clinical diagnosis done.
But do warm saline gargles and have soft diet. These are tips for swollen throat and tongue.
