Brief Answer:
Pain killers and muscle relaxants will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
For symptomatic frozen shoulder, the first goal of treatment is pain relief. Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Motrin, ibuprofen, or Aleve can help with pain control and decrease inflammation. If these pain relievers do not work then you can take Voltarin after getting it prescribed from your doctor.

I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician nearby for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Activities that cause symptoms should be avoided. A physical therapy program that focuses on establishing non-painful shoulder motion and strengthening of the shoulder muscles will also be helpful.
Selective injection within the site may provide pain relief.

I hope this answers your query.
