Brief Answer:
Less likely to be ADHD, consult psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Attention deficit hyperkinetic disorder is a diagnosis based on set criteria with onset in childhood or adolescence.
According to DSM V criteria many symptoms like inattention, hyperactivity or impulsivity should be present at multiple occasions and severe enough to impair social and personal life.
You should go for check list for ADHD on Internet and if suspected about it then can consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
No blood investigation or brain imaging is helpful in making the diagnosis of ADHD.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
