Brief Answer:
reflux is a common cause

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have reflux though there are other causes as well.

The symptoms of reflux are worse either in the morning or late at night. It is one of the most common reasons for nausea.
Some persons may only have one symptoms of reflux whereas others may have a range of symptoms.

If this possible in your mind, then you can consider the following: (1) diet changes such as: (1) reducing caffeine/mint/tomatoes/onions
(2)using less fried foods/acidic foods or spicy foods
(3)reducing portion sizes--using small frequent meals instead of large infrequent meals
(4)weight loss of any excess weight
(5)medication such as nexium, prilosec, prevacid, protonix etc

If reflux is unlikely then there are other possible causes that need to be considered such as : (1) side effect of medication
(2)gall bladder disease
(3)liver disease such as infection
(4)infection
(5)kidney disease
(6)high levels of calcium
(7)alcohol use

If it is not likely reflux and it is related to one of the above , you would need further assessment with tests such as imaging (ultrasound) and bloods such as kidney tests, liver disease, calcium level, full blood count

I hope this helps, feel to ask any other questions
