Brief Answer:
It is important to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It is very relieving to know that your HIV tests are negative as we were expecting.

For chronic diarrhea, joint pain and fatigue, you need proper evaluation.
Colonoscopy is very important in your case to exclude inflammatory bowel disease.
CT or MRI enterography can be done if needed.
Joint pain may be related to diarrhea.
You may need few blood tests like routine hemogram, Vitamin B12 and iron level estimation, CRP level etc.
Arthritis should also be ruled out. X-ray of both hands (AP)can give some clue.
You need appropriate medicines based on findings.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
