Question : Hi doc, i have been observing irritable bowl symtoms and constipation every now and then. My stomech feels heavy (sply next day after drinking beer or alcohol) otheriwse in general i feel i am not going good with digestion or this heavy feeling after meals sustains almost daily. Please suggest how can i make it feel better and things i must do to keep my stomech happy after meals and clear evey morning.

No no medication, although i feel good and normal but just at tyms it feels heavy after meals usually by evening, and if i eat or drink it becomes worse, hard stomech next day and constipation after drinks.

You can take the following medications for relief till you consult your gastroenterologist for evaluation and treatment.

1. C.Iladac 1-0-0 before food
2. Morease-I 1-0-1 mixed in water
