Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of IBS
Question: I was ordered a CT scan that was denied had a US of spleen kidneys liver... said nothing showed. I have a sore lump in LUQ that the pain goes across the top of abdomen and sometimes down the colon. I also at the same time have two lumps on my back that are painful, soft seems to be outside of ribcage, and also when all this started I got two lumps on my right knee that are a stingy pain and they don't move with the skin. It feels like the pains are getting worse. I have a scope and colonoscopy scheduled but its 6 weeks out. I think its something else causing these lumps and right knee pain.... no nausea, vomiting, but having fever like hot flashes a lot.

My Opinion-
Dear after reviewing the given information with normal USG study,You mostly seems to suffer Multiple problems with fever like hot flashes.
-The LUQ pains with pains down the colon,strengthens the suspicion of IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome) with Colitis with bloated gases moving across top of abdomen.Mild fever could be from IBS caused with ? menopausal syndrome, which needs to be ruled out with Gynaec Specialists Opinion.
-You seem to suffer with accompanied independent -health issues of-2 lumps on back -which could be Lipomas?being common by location and needs to be confirmed from Surgeon's check up.
-Stingy pains with right knee 2 lumps,not moving with pains, could be from-Bursitis(Housemaid's Knee Bursitis)/ Or it could be from-DVT with Varicose Veins with thrombo-phlebitis-as you have mild accompanied fever, which needs to be ruled out with surgeon's check and USG with Colour Doppler,if needed.
Other causes of stingy pains could be from PID with compressed nerves in L2 level.
